Our market is targeted towards home users who backup photos, videos and documents. Using figaro has made managing our growing list of customers much simpler and taken the burden out of invoicing. All of our customers are setup in figaro to pay by direct debit and are automatically emailed invoices according to their chosen billing period. I no longer have to spend time manually compiling and sending individual bills to clients and instead can use the time productively to bring in new business.

The reports included in figaro offer a wealth of information and can be filtered by date so I can easily look back and re-visit historical information when it's required. In the short time we have been using figaro our technicians have been impressed with its performance and functionality.
